LIF Informatica
can design possible solutions consisting by ad hoc electronic and/or mechanical parts.
Solutions that can then be materialized through the creation of 3D printed prototypes and electronics soldered in the laboratory, to allow you an accurate evaluation with minimal costs, up to then transposing such electronics onto a printed circuit board for the final pre-production sampling.
The payment for the design part will only take place after viewing the working prototype.
LIF Informatica can also put you in contact with specialized companies, collaborating on the technical aspect, capable of offering you support aimed at completing the necessary requirements for the European marketing of the product, with particular reference to the CE marking.
With regard to the design service of electrical and/or mechanical solutions, the following can be provided:
· the technical data of the components;
· the CE, RoHS conformity of the components subject to regulations;
· quotations for the supply of components for the expected quantities;
· contacts of the respective suppliers of each component;
· the surface temperatures of the components during normal operation, when significant;
· the electromagnetic field values resulting from operation;
· the mechanical values of pressure or traction exerted by the machine in particular points significant with respect to safety.
The design service is offered only for electrical and/or mechanical devices without particular indication of danger, not included in what is identified in Annex IV of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and for which it is lawful to proceed with the CE Marking on the basis of technical assessments by the manufacturer.
All sensitive information will be stored in encrypted storage systems, only for the necessary time or until express revocation by the owner.
